Its frustrating as I was ready to plop down around $1,000, and they lost my business to another online retailer. My first ever experience with them was in-store, and it will be my last. No price match, no help answering questions, and completely ignored me after the price match refusal even though there was another item I was interested in. Ugh."

I enjoy shopping at CG, it’s nice to have product you can try on (unlike the internet only stores); but, this is getting annoying. Supposedly my email was removed from the system the last time I called... Apparently that didn’t work either."

He did touch on differences among quality but helped me choose the right one for $69. Didn't realize until after that it's a $119 helmet! Hell yeah! Thanks, guys. You rock! "
